Note: These toppers are not pre-cut and will need to be trimmed with clean, dry scissors.

Usage Instructions

1. Carefully cut out the toppers with scissors.
2. Apply to cupcakes or cakes using a thin sugar-water mixture. Avoid over-wetting the surface.
3. Once the surface is slightly tacky, gently place the topper and smooth it outward from the center.
